BRIO Tuscan Grille brings the pleasures of the Tuscan country villa to the American city. The food at Brio is all simply prepared using the finest and freshest ingredients. The menu emphasis is on prime steaks and chops, homemade pasta specialties, and flatbreads prepared in an authentic Italian wood-burning oven.

Bruschetta is a delicious dish featuring Ricotta, Parmesan and basil, and is
available for $10.75 at lunch and brunch (brunch is served on weekends), and
$10.95 for dinner.
The distinctive Sausage and Onion Jam Pizza, offering Boursin, Mozzarella,
arugula and Parmesan with a Balsamic vinaigrette, is the perfect appetizer
or light bite. It¹s available for both lunch and dinner for $9.50.
BRIO¹s scrumptious new entrees include the Light Grilled Chicken & Roasted
Balsamic Peppers (520 calories) with farro, quinoa, grape tomatoes,
asparagus, almonds, Feta and pesto vinaigrette, balsamic glaze for $15.50 at
lunch and $16.95 at dinner. The Crab and Shrimp Crusted Salmon, featuring
roasted vegetables, farro, quinoa, lemon vinaigrette, is served at dinner
only for $21.95.
A new addition to BRIO’s pasta menu is Lobster and Shrimp Ravioli, served in
a spicy black pepper cream sauce with spinach and grape tomatoes, available
at lunch for $19.50 and dinner for $19.95.
Complementing BRIO’s delectable cuisine are two new wines. The 19 Crimes Red
Blend (South Australia) is a lively blend of red grape varieties with
flavors of lush rich berry fruit and light aromas of chocolate. It¹s
balanced by layers of vanilla oak with a round, soft finish. Guests can
enjoy this delightful wine for $8.95 by the glass or $34 per bottle. The
Dreaming Tree Everyday White Blend (Central Coast, California), a bright and
aromatic wine with fresh floral, citrus, and ripe honeysuckle notes that
