Administrative Assistant / Office Manager

The Shops at Pembroke Gardens Management Office is looking for an outgoing, detail oriented person to join the Manangement Team. 

This position is responsible to public impression, management and communications of The Shops at Pembroke Gardens Management Office. This position is expected to provide efficient, courteous and professional service to guests and vendors visiting or calling the Management Office and will asist the Management team to ensure the property operations standards, policies and procedures are followed at all times.   

Qualifications:

  • Prior Administrative / Customer Service  Experience
  • Excellent Computer Skills ( Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required) 
  • Knowledge of MRI & AVID systems a plus.
  • Stong Customer Service and Communications Skills written and verbal
  • Ability to work well independently and with others
  • Must be able to assist and cope with shifting priorities, difficult situations and deadlines.
